30 Day Return Policy
All returns must be brand new, unused, in the original retail packaging. ALL RETURNS are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No Exceptions. Returns must be shipped in an outer parcel or carton box. Any returns requiring re-boxing will be subject to a $10 re-boxing fee in addition to the restocking fee. The original shipping costs incurred, even on "Free Shipping" orders, will be subtracted from the refund. Customers are encouraged to read through the installation instructions for each part which are contained in each item's description. Each item's website description, installation instructions, and photographs are very accurate and properly represent the item. Customers are also encouraged to contact us for product and vehicle specific questions before ordering if something is not clear.

Customer must send a written request for a return authorization number within the first 30 days from the date of purchase via email at [email protected].

If a customer orders the wrong part and has not unpacked or attempted installation of the item, then a product exchange for the correct part (if available) will be coordinated. The customer must send a written request via email to [email protected] or fax to (805) 466-4090. The customer is responsible for freight of the original order back and the shipping charges for the replacement item.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All ReadyLift products are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the original owner and the original ReadyLift equipped vehicle. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty is non-transferable.

ReadyLift's limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product at ReadyLift's option. Additional costs such as, but not limited to labor fees, loss of use and loss of time. Rental fee's or freight charges are not covered as well.

Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in competition is not covered. Product finish is excluded from this warranty. Items that are subject to wear are not considered defective. Parts subject to normal wear are not covered by this warranty, this includes bushings, bump stops, ball joints, sway bar end links and tie rod ends. Warranty does not include discontinued products at ReadyLift's discretion or bent or dented products. No other warranties are expressed or implied. ReadyLift reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice.

Warranty Procedures
Contact ReadyLift about the problem prior to removing any parts from the vehicle. If it appears that the part is warrantable, you will be given a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and asked to return the part freight prepaid. If the part is found to be warrantable, it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you.

All freight charges are the customer's responsibility. If a replacement part is needed before the part in question can be returned, you must first purchase the replacement part. Then, if the part in question is deemed warrantable, you will be credited / refunded.

ReadyLift reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this warranty without prior notice.

ReadyLift Products are NOT intended for off-road use. Any abuse or damage as a result of off road driving voids the warranty of the ReadyLift product.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Concours Direct Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Concours Direct Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Concours Direct Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Concours Direct Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Concours Direct Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
