Made with black e-coated steel, ReadyLift 4.5" Lift coil spacers will not deteriorate or decrease ride height over time and allow you to retain the use of your factory front coil spring.

The NEW 69-1241 SST Lift Kit front coil spacer designed exclusively for the 2014-UP new style radius arm suspension trucks provudes 4.5" of lift which gives clearance to add up to 37" wheels and tires to the 2014-UP Dodge Ram 2500 4WD.

NOTE: This kit will NOT fit 2013 and older model 2500 trucks with the older suspension design.

NOTE: This kit will NOT work with trucks equipped with air Auto-Ride. Rear coil spring suspension only.

NOTE: Designed for use with Diesel engine trucks. Gas engine trucks will sit slightly nose high.

This kit consists of 4.5" lift thick steel front coil spring spacers and steel rear coil spring spacers engineered to properly support the heavy duty rear coil springs. New generation polyurethane front bump stops retain your factory travel and new front shock extensions allow you to keep your new OEM shocks.

Includes CAD-engineered laser cut radius arm drop brackets designed specifically to retain excellent OEM quality ride and suspension performance.

Also includes rear sway bar mounting location spacers along with tough steel rear coil spring spacers providing 1.5" of lift.
